Custom Package Additions

The following additions can be added to any of our the planning packages, if you would like to create your own wedding planning package please contact us with your requirements

Additional Face to Face On Site Consultations can be added and will be billed at $100.00 per hour

**Wedding Day Coverage hours exceeding contracted hours can be added and will be billed at $150.00 per hour

Additional “Wedding Day Assistant” Coordinators are required for larger weddings and multiple location weddings and will be billed at $350.00 for each additional assistant needed

Additional Travel fees and expenses may apply for selected venues out of 100 km radius and these costs will be discussed and applied accordingly.  This includes over night accommodation, tolls, ferry charges and any other fees required.

Coordination of the Engagement Party

Coordination of the Rehearsal Dinner

Coordination of Next Day Breakfast, Brunch or BBQ

Research and Arrange Activities and Special Events for Out of Town Guests

Delivery & Distribution of Welcome Gift Baskets for Out of Town Guests

RSVP Follow Up Calls

Price quotes for these additional services listed above will be given on individual basis
